For 20 years I worked in facilities and maintenance operations management for Caterpillar's Aurora location providing direction on all planning and management matters pertaining to facilities, projects, construction, workforce, budget and maintenance. I supervised facilities and site maintenance improvement projects within multiple buildings and sites with a crew of 100+ contractors and an annual budget of $4 million.

With the unfortunate closing of the CAT facility, the timing was right to acquire my Illinois Realtor's License and jump into my true passion for Home Remodeling and Real Estate full time. For 15 years I have owned/managed rental homes, accomplished several remodeling projects and successfully rehabbed and sold foreclosed properties.

A 15 year resident of Kendall County, my wife and I love living in Oswego and raising our family in this community.
